The terms and conditions for Myoko Apartments are detailed below.
Prices
All prices will be quoted in Japanese Yen and include consumption tax. An additional cost will be applied for sole use.
Booking
A 20% deposit of the total booking is required to secure the booking. Your requested booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. This is unless the booking is made within 1 month of your stay, which means full payment is required to secure the booking. Full payment is required up to 60 days prior to arrival (Japanese ¥ only). Please note that all bank fees are your responsibility. Credit card payment incurs a 3.6% fee. Please contact us if you want to pay via Wise or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Your 20% deposit payment is non-refundable but we understand that plans may change for reasons beyond your control. Your deposit payment may be applied to a future booking if this is the case.
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Parking and Transfers
Myoko Apartments guests have free parking directly in front of the property. We strongly advise that guests hire a car from Nagano rather than Tokyo as this will ensure no hidden costs relating to not having winter tyres included and that your insurance covers snow conditions. Please reach out if you would like help hiring a car. Transfers are not included – please contact us if you would like help hiring a car or to arrange resort and station transfers.

Myoko Apartments is directly across the street from Myoko House. Guests may dine at Myoko House gyoza bar.
